Traction / Spinal Decompression
Gentle, controlled stretching to relieve neck and back pain. Spinal decompression is helpful to patients with conditions such as sciatica, herniated/bulging discs and degenerative discs.
Manipulation
Non Chiropractic technique used to restore range of motion in all joints in the body. Essential treatment following spinal decompression.
Postural Correction
Using a series of prolonged postures to restore normal alignment and eliminate pain.
Balance Reeducation
A program for those at risk of falling or have fallen, especially in the elderly and post surgery.
Gait Training

Strengthening Exercises
A variety of specialized exercises to improve strength and endurance as well as to maintain or improve range of motion.
Work Hardening
This is a specialized rehabilitation program for patients who are not at full capacity and may not be able to work because of recent or long-term injuries. Work Hardening uses proper body mechanics in work-related activities to recondition and restore full use of the muscles.

Hot / Cold Therapy
Application of heating pads and cold packs to reduce swelling and pain as well as relax muscles.

Ultrasound / Phonophoresis
Sound waves used to relieve pain and muscle spasms. It also helps to break up scar tissue. This type of therapy is used for patients with sprains, strains, tendonitis and bruises.
Static Cupping Massage
Connective tissue massage technique that relaxes muscles, relieves pain and trigger points. It is used to treat a variety of conditions.
Electric Stimulation and TENS
Reduces swelling as well as aids in muscle recovery. It is especially helpful for patients with lower back pain resulting from disc issues. And to restore function after a stroke.
